Great product
By Happy 40
I love this oil. Although it is an oil, it is not oily on the skin. It absorbs quickly and leaves your skin very soft. I have very oily, acne-prone skin. This oil does not make my skin breakout.

Love this stuff!
By KNS
I was skeptical about using an oil on my break-out prone skin, but I trusted the positive reviews and I'm so glad I did! I've been using it about two weeks and my skin is softer, smoother, and has a healthy glow even without makeup. I've used it a couple times on my hands/cuticles and this stuff just seems to soften everything it touches! This will be a long term staple, I can already tell..

Not a replacement for a daily moisturizer!!
By Jenna B.
Let me start out by saying that I am 26 have struggled with breakouts for the last 4 years or so. I have been on a dermatologist's regimen for about a year and a half and just recently have I started to stray from that. I do get dry skin - especially in the winter - and I'm also trying to incorporate products that fade old marks and improve the texture of my skin. I got a sample of this product about 2 weeks ago and have been using it at night, only. I will NOT put an oil on my face during the day and risk clogging my pores between the oil and makeup. I've used it on a clean face, at night. It has done a reasonable job of keeping my skin less dry, and really helped (when nothing else did) for some really dry/itchy skin on my neck, which was a huge bonus.
Now I don't use it every night. I gradually introduce new products into my daily regimen. If you slap a bunch of oil on your face twice a day in place of a non-comedogenic moisturizer and are wondering why you are breaking out, well that's on you. Moisturizing lotions/creams are formulated to absorb differently than an oil and sometimes your skin needs that! I wouldn't go replacing your moisturizer with this...I might use it in combination with it, first testing the oil out at night on a clean face.
Is it a cure-all that will give you flawless skin? No. But it will add moisture without harsh chemicals and in time, I will know better if it helps with lines/marks as it claims to do, but I figured either way its beneficial because it allows me to moisturize once a day without chemicals. I was skeptical about using oil since I've always used oil-free products, but it hasn't caused me to break out at all, yet. I'll update this post if that changes.
**UPDATE** I've now been using this oil for close to a month. I have not had a single breakout (not even one pimple) since I began using it. I'm actually pretty shocked because I almost always break out a little at least one week every month (even if its just one or two pimples). I don't know if it is the Argan Oil because I've also started using a gentle cleanser (CeraVe...over the counter) once a day in place of my sulfur-based dermatologist wash (which I still use once a day) but my skin hasn't been this clear since I was in 8th grade. I still only use it at night (ALWAYS on a clean face) and I use an unscented, gentle moisturizer (also CeraVe) in the morning but I'm really enjoying how soft my skin is when I usually struggle with dry, flaky facial skin in the winter, as well as acne. I'll update again in a month or two with any changes.
